Payment Policy
All payments must be made in full before Soda Dispenser Depot will ship the merchandise. We accept many different payment methods to make it easy and convenient for the buyer.
Payments can be made by Credit Card via our online shopping cart service or telephone order. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
There is no additional charge for Credit Card payments.
Online Payments can be made from the website: www.sodadispenserdepot.com.
Telephone Credit Card Payments can be made by calling 704-827-7400.
Payments via Paypal are also accepted. The buyer can choose to pay directly through the
website using Paypal or request Soda Dispenser Depot to send a Paypal invoice.
We accept wire transfers and all international orders must be paid with a wire transfer.
You can also mail us payment in the form of a Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check. Do not send cash in the mail. Allow 7-10 banking days for Personal Checks to clear. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks will take 1 banking day to clear.

Sales Tax
Picked-up or Shipped Within North Carolina
Sales tax will be applied to all transactions that are delivered within the State of North Carolina.
Shipped Outside of North Carolina:
No Sales Tax is applied to purchases shipped outside the State of North Carolina. It is the responsibility of the buyer to report the sales tax to their appropriate state sales tax office.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
Smaller shipments are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Priority Mail.
Larger or heavier orders may ship via freight carrier.
All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and shipping zone and are determined in real time using UPS WorldShip and USPS databases at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or mis-shipped packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order.
International Shipping (Canada Only)
Soda Dispenser Depot ships internationally to Canada only.
International shipments may require additional transit time due to customs clearance. Shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, or other customs-related fees.
Customers are responsible for notifying Soda Dispenser Depot of any required customs documentation. Upon request, a pro-forma invoice will be provided for submission to Canadian customs authorities to determine applicable fees. All customs duties, taxes, and government fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Freight Delivery & Damage Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery, before the delivery driver leaves.
If visible damage is present:
- The delivery receipt must be signed “DAMAGED”
- Photographs of the damage must be taken immediately
This documentation is required to assist Soda Dispenser Depot in filing a freight claim with the carrier. If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt, Soda Dispenser Depot’s ability to assist with a claim is extremely limited.
All shipments are properly packed and banded to reduce the risk of damage. Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for damage incurred during transit.
Shipping Liability
Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they have been tendered to the carrier.
Cancellation Policy
All order cancellations must be made prior to shipment. A cancellation is not considered valid unless a confirmation email has been issued by Soda Dispenser Depot.
Small Parts Orders
Small parts orders may be canceled for any reason prior to shipment and will receive a full refund.
If you wish to cancel a small parts order, please do so promptly, as these orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Complete System Orders
Complete system orders may be canceled for any reason prior to shipment and are eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Delivery timelines for complete system orders depend on current sales volume and typically range from 3–4 weeks. If your order is time-sensitive or requires rush or expedited delivery, please contact a sales representative at 704-827-7400 before placing your order.
Cancellations of complete system orders must be made before the day of shipment and are subject to a minimum 10% cancellation fee, determined by the stage of the production process at the time of cancellation.
Shipped Orders & Refusals
Cancellations or refusals of orders after shipment are subject to a minimum 20% handling and restocking fee ($10 minimum).
Heavy or oversized items shipped via freight carrier are also subject to return freight charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or mis-shipped packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package must be re-shipped because of an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Cancellation Confirmation
All cancellations must be confirmed by email to be considered officially canceled.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Return Authorization
Authorization is required for all merchandise returns. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Timeframe
All approved returns must be shipped within 20 days of receipt.
Condition of Merchandise
Returned items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All new merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Restocking & Handling Fees
All correctly filled orders are subject to a minimum 20% handling and restocking fee ($10 minimum).
The final restocking fee will be determined after the merchandise has been thoroughly inspected and tested by Soda Dispenser Depot.
Inspection & Approval
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. If merchandise is damaged or has missing components, the refund amount may be adjusted at the discretion of Soda Dispenser Depot based on the condition of the equipment.
Refund Processing
If a refund has been authorized, please allow 7–10 business days after the return is received for the refund to be processed.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. All return shipments must be prepaid. For your protection, we strongly recommend insuring all returned packages.
Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of a verified error by Soda Dispenser Depot:

Complete Systems
Complete systems are built to order and cannot be returned unless the return is the result of an error made by Soda Dispenser Depot, as determined solely by Soda Dispenser Depot.

Perishable items, including but not limited to syrups, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
