  1. Payment Policy

    All payments must be made in full before Soda Dispenser Depot will ship the merchandise. We accept many different payment methods to make it easy and convenient for the buyer.

    Payments can be made by Credit Card via our online shopping cart service, telephone order, email or fax. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

    There is no additional charge for Credit Card payments.

    Online Payments can be made from the website: www.sodadispenserdepot.com.

    Telephone Credit Card Payments can be made by calling 704-827-7400.

    Payments via Paypal are also accepted.  The buyer can choose to pay directly through the
    website using Paypal or request Soda Dispenser Depot to send a Paypal invoice.

    We accept wire transfers and all international orders must be paid with a wire transfer.

    You can also mail us payment in the form of a Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check. Do not send cash in the mail. Allow 7-10 banking days for Personal Checks to clear. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks will take 1 banking day to clear.

  2. Sales Tax

    1. Picked-up or Shipped Within North Carolina

      Sales tax will be applied to all transactions that are delivered within the State of North Carolina.

    2. Shipped Outside of North Carolina:

      No Sales Tax is applied to purchases shipped outside the State of North Carolina. It is the responsibility of the buyer to report the sales tax to their appropriate state sales tax office.

  3. Shipping

    1. UPS

      All Shipping charges are based on weight and shipping zones figured in real-time using UPS World Ship database.

    2. Freight

      Any additional services that you request after the freight has been shipped will be your responsibility. This would include but is not limited to liftgate, inside delivery, limited access, residential delivery, etc.

      1. Will I need a liftgate?

        The shipping requirements will be different for each item, but in general most freightliner truck beds are approximately four feet from the ground. Most items weighing under 150 pounds can be picked up off the bed and placed on the ground by one or two able-bodied persons. Attempting this with heavier items can place all individuals in the area at risk. Please be aware that it is not the truck driver’s responsibility to unload or even assist in unloading your items. A liftgate is a mechanism on the back of the truck that lowers the freight from the truck bed to the ground. There is an additional fee for adding a liftgate service to your shipment.

      2. What if I decide to send a freight line of my choice to pick up my order?

        We are always happy to help you in any way we can! To process this request, we must ask that you email or fax us authorization to release the equipment to the freight line that will be picking up on your behalf. We will also need you to fax us a complete Bill of Lading with:

        • Your Name
        • In care of (C/O) Soda Dispenser Depot 725 Cason St Belmont, NC 28012 as the Shipper
        • Your Name and Address as the Consignee

        You will be responsible to forward us any documents that the freight line or customs (if applicable) will need for the shipment. We will provide the invoice needed to complete the transaction. Our fax number is 1-800-761-0042.

    3. International Shipments

      Soda Dispenser Depot does ship internationally to most countries. Certain shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance. Shipping rates do not include taxes, duties, or other customs fees. You are responsible to let Soda Dispenser Depot know what documents you need for your country. We will provide you with a pro-forma invoice for which you can provide to your customs in your country to determine the exact fees charged by your government.

    4. Damaged Shipments

      The customer is responsible to inspect all shipments before the delivery driver leaves. If the shipment is damaged, the customer will need to sign the delivery receipt "DAMAGED". The customer will also need to take pictures of the damage. This will help Soda Dispenser Depot in filing a claim. If nothing is signed as damaged, there is little that Soda Dispenser Depot will be able to do. All shipments are properly banded and packed to avoid damage. Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for damaged shipments.

  4. Order Cancellations

    You may cancel your order for any reason, and receive a refund. If you want to cancel your order, please do so quickly. Most of our products ship within 2-4 business days. Cancellations or refusals of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to a minumum 20% ($10 minimum) handling and restocking charge. Heavy or oversized items that ship via freight carrier are also subject to return freight charges. Cancellations of complete systems must be made before the day of shipping and will be subject to an 8% restocking fee.

    You must receive a confirmation of your cancellation either by email or fax for it to be officially cancelled.

  6. Technical Problems

    Please notify Soda Dispenser Depot immediately of any problems you may have during your warranty period before calling any other company. Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for any alterations or service done by other companies that may improperly service the equipment and cause damage. This will cause the warranty to be null and void.

  7. Returns

    1. Returned Merchandise

      All new merchandise will need to be returned in the same condition that it was received. Once returned, it will be issued as store credit and the amount of the credit will be determined only after the merchandise has been thoroughly inspected and tested by Soda Dispenser Depot.

    2. Return Policy

      If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern. Authorization is required for any merchandise return. All returned items must be shipped within 20 days of receipt. Items must be unused in original condition including original packaging. All orders filled correctly are subject to a minimum 20% ($10 minimum) handling and restocking charge. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all return shipments. And for your protection, we recommend that you insure all returned packages. Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.

      If merchandise is pilfered or damaged, refund will be adjusted upon the discretion of Soda Dispenser Depot based on condition of the equipment.

    3. Non-Returnable Products

      Special orders, custom made, manufactured to order or remanufactured products can not be returned for store credit unless it is a Soda Dispenser Depot error, which is determined by Soda Dispenser Depot. Perishable items—such as syrup—are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    4. Refund Processing Time

      Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Once an item is returned and tested, we will issue a store credit. If a refund has been authorized, once the return has been received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be given.

  8. Rental Terms & Conditions

    Proper identification such as a valid Drivers License must be presented when reserving a system. All information will be checked.

    Entire Rental amount is due at time of reservation.

    1. Security Deposit

      Equipment rentals require a $75.00 Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 5 business days if unit is returned in good, clean and serviceable condition. If the system is damaged, lost or stolen the renter is responsible for the replacement cost of the equipment rented.

      All Rentals require at least a 7 business day advance notice in order to complete all paperwork and prepare the equipment for pick up or delivery. Payment may be made by Cashier's Check or Money Order if at least 30 days before the event. Otherwise, all payments must be made by American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.

      Equipment MUST be returned by scheduled return date. If you would like to extend your contract you must call and personally okay the extension with someone at our office prior to that due date. We will be glad to accommodate if at all possible.

    2. Return Conditions

      When we deliver your rental equipment, it will be clean and have a full CO2 tank. Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for additional CO2 if that tank should become depleted. We expect the equipment to be in the same condition when we pick it up from the venue. Improper operation due to low voltage conditions, improper water supply pressure, improper CO2 gas settings, improper syrup supply, accidental damage or improper use is the responsibility of the Renter unless you have made prior arrangements for us to take care of this upon our return to our facility (additional fee involved).

    3. Delivery, Setup and Recovery

      All systems will be delivered, set up and returned by Soda Dispenser Depot. As we set up the equipment for your event we will go over the operations of the system with you and answer any questions at that time.

    4. Repairs

      We strive to keep all of our equipment in excellent working condition; However, sometimes things do breakdown. We will strive to minimize the downtime of our equipment during your event. Please report all incidents within 24 hours. Improper operation due to low voltage conditions, improper water supply pressure, improper CO2 gas settings, improper syrup supply, accidental damage or improper use is the responsibility of the Renter.

    5. Cancellations

      If you decide to cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to your scheduled event, you will be refunded your security deposit, but there will be a $25.00 handling fee. If your reservation is cancelled less than 30 days of your scheduled event, no refund will be given.

      Renter agrees not to hold Soda Dispenser Depot liable for any damages, inconveniences or delays resulting from a mechanical breakdown of the rented equipment. Soda Dispenser Depot will assist in any way possible to minimize any delays or inconveniences.
