New and remanufactured equipment warranties
New Equipment Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, all new equipment is covered by a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation.
During the warranty period, defective parts, subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer, will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Defective, mis-shipped, damaged, or failed equipment must be returned and received for inspection before any replacement will be issued. No advance replacements will be provided unless approved in writing by Soda Dispenser Depot.
Warranty Exclusions & Buyer Responsibilities
The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Low or improper voltage conditions
- Improper water supply pressure
- Incorrect CO2 gas settings
- Improper syrup supply
- Accidental damage or misuse
All shipping costs related to returning equipment or parts to the manufacturer for inspection must be prepaid by the buyer. Shipping of non-defective parts back to the buyer will also be prepaid by the buyer.
Any expenses, loss of revenue, or labor charges resulting from defective parts or equipment failure are the responsibility of the buyer.
Resale of any item or system voids the warranty.
Soda Dispenser Depot is not responsible for damage caused by alterations, repairs, or service performed by third parties.
Remanufactured Equipment Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all remanufactured equipment is covered by a 60-day warranty from the date the item or system is received.
During the warranty period, defective parts, subject to inspection and approval by the Technical Support Manager, will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Defective, mis-shipped, damaged, or failed equipment must be returned and received by Soda Dispenser Depot for inspection before any replacement will be issued. No advance replacements will be provided unless approved in writing by Soda Dispenser Depot.
